These terms apply when you use the Intelevo store or buy a guide from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Intelevo, and "you" means the person using the store or buying a guide.

1. Our guides

Intelevo publishes practical guides, checklists and reference resources as digital files, usually PDF. Each guide's listing describes what it contains and its format.

Our guides give general information to help you learn, plan and make better-informed decisions. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, tax or security advice, and they don't replace advice from a qualified professional about your own situation. We research and review every guide carefully, but rules, prices, products and services change, so we can't promise that every detail is complete or current when you read it. Where a guide relies on outside sources, it lists them so you can check them yourself.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Delivery

Guides are delivered as digital downloads after checkout. Nothing is shipped. Our shipping policy explains how delivery works.

4. Your license to use a guide

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it and use it. You may:

keep copies on your own devices
print copies for your own use and your own household
fill in and adapt the worksheets and templates for your own use, and, where a guide says so, for your own team at work

You may not share, upload, forward, resell, sublicense or publish a guide or any part of it, or present it as your own work. If someone else would find a guide useful, please point them to our store.

5. Our content

The guides, covers, illustrations, text and design on this store belong to Intelevo or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Buying a guide gives you the license above, not ownership of the content. Brand names mentioned in a guide belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us or we endorse them.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy explains when we'll fix a problem or refund you.

7. Links to other websites

Guides and store pages may link to other websites, such as official sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a guide or the store is limited to the amount you paid for that guide, and we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under the law, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without affecting any consumer protections that apply where you live.
